That is why Taylor and Power Woman Business Center are collaborating efforts to launch the “Home Prevention Program”, which allows 501C3’s to purchase property from homeowners with the intent to allow the owner to purchase or rent back the property. This allows small business owners to get back on their feet as they wait for their business to take flight.
