Using Twitter As A Business Solution!

Using Twitter As A Business Solution!!

Are you the type of business that can benefit from going to a Chamber of Commerce or a local networking meeting?” If you are, then yours is the right kind of business to be on Twitter. If you are the type of business that can benefit from personal networking. The best approach to using Twitter is personal networking. Twitter should be something you consider. Power Media Group offers their Twitter expertise included in custom social media plans.

Re-Tweeting
Twitter goes a long way toward building brand loyalty. The unique aspect of Twitter for business is that you can find people. It’s difficult to find people and build a following for your blog or on Facebook. On Twitter, it’s easy. There is great power in being able to retweet. “Retweet”simply means you re-share someone else’s content that they posted in a tweet. When you do this, it does a couple of amazing things. First of all, it’s like saying, “Thank you! Good job! I appreciate this content!” and second, it helps you to get on their radar. If you do a good job of surrounding yourself with a relevant targeted audience, this audience will provide you with great content. You’re now able to create value for your audience through the content of others. After you retweet someone a couple of times and make an attempt to engage, they’re going to notice you. It’s a wonderful way to build your audience, network and connect. It’s networking on steroids. The great thing about Twitter and social media in general is that you can make it into anything you want. There are no rules. If you’re a legitimate person trying to connect, the other person will follow you back because that’s the real value of Twitter.

Creating A Strategy to Attract Followers:
To attract followers on twitter, The key is to promote your twitter account ad here are the following steps:

1.      Check your professional e-mail to find people you may know on Twitter.
2.      Add your Twitter profile to your e-mail signature.
3.      Follow people with similar interests.
4.      Include the official Twitter follow button on your website.
5.      Add your Twitter profile to forums and communities you participate in.

Sysomos.com shows you The Facts:93.6% of Twitter users have less than 100 followers, while 98% of users have less than 400 followers. Meanwhile, 1.35% of users have more 500 followers, and only 0.68% of more than 1,000 followers.

Regaining your Loyalty from disgruntled customers:
One of the most popular activities on Twitter is customers complaining. There are many conversations on Twitter about you and your services/products. If you aren’t there to answer on the other end, then it can hurt your reputation. According to The Social Habit one of the amazing statistics that came out in the report in September showed that 50% of social media users in the U.S. expect a reply to their complaint in an hour. The response time is getting shorter. Customers also expect a response 24 hours a day. It’s not just about checking a box and doing social media. We also have to be in tune with how our customers are using social media, when they’re using it and what their expectations are.

Power Media Group Takes Your Company’s Business To The Next Level With “Power Media Apps” Launch

SANTA CLARITA, CA. January 30, 2013.   Are you reaching your target market through traditional media only?  In a move that quickly accelerates Hispanic advertising/PR agency Power Media Group’s (www.powermediagroup.com) presence into the world of technology, they are proud to announce the launch of their company’s new mobile application development division: Power Media Apps (www.powermediaapps.com).

Ever-changing technology has made doing business easier than ever and now with the new division launch of Power Media Apps, business operations for companies are at a new level.
This new division designs mobile applications for both iPhone and Android users.  Companies can create custom mobile applications for their particular business needs.

Power Media Group Founder, Patricia Gracia, Is Featured In Profiles In Latino Courage: How Everyday Latinos Achieve Success!

Power Media Group Founder, Patricia Gracia, Is Featured In Profiles In Latino Courage: How Everyday Latinos Achieve Success

“Patricia is truly a caring person who has a passion to help others.  It would take an entire book, just on her, to describe the charitable work she does.” Profiles In Latino Courage author, Bill Miranda.

SANTA CLARITA, CA.  For those who have no other option than to take risks, the lines between desperation and motivation become blurred.  Author Bill Miranda describes Patricia as embodying the definition of a “power woman”.  The thirst for success and a better life in the United States were so great for Patricia, that she was willing to put herself in danger by illegally crossing the Mexican border at the age of 18.  It was the decision to take this life-changing risk that allowed her to realize all her goals.

Profiles in Latino Courage gives the reader a chance to understand the life journey that this determined Latina took in deciding her own fate as a future business owner.  As it happens with the vast majority of immigrants, the greater opportunities that lay within the borders of the U.S. are enough for them to make a sacrifice in dangerously crossing the borders of surrounding countries.  Coming from her native Peru, Patricia knew that with the economic downturn in her country, there would be little to no chance for her entrepreneurial spirit to realize the dreams of owning a successful business.

Now, with the ongoing success of her Hispanic advertising/PR agency, Power Media Group (founded in 2001), Patricia has also dedicated her time to helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals of launching a successful business.  Founded in 2009, Power Woman Business Center, a nonprofit 501 c3 organization, is how Patricia gives back to the community—by providing a business incubator in which entrepreneurs have access to all the necessary tools along with Patricia’s expertise to launch a business.  Patricia knows all too well the sacrifices entrepreneurs make in the pursuit of their dreams.  As she states, “Dreams are part of us.  One lives with dreams, paints them, shapes them, and just like a painter, brings color to them.”

**To read the full story of Patricia and the other six Latinos featured in this book, you can buy it on

He is a member of the College of the Canyons Chancellor’s Circle and on the advisory board of Single Mothers Outreach of Santa Clarita. Bill is a business consultant, coach, and entrepreneur. He is a former counselor with the Small Business Development Center, where he counseled hundreds of businesses to start, grow, and succeed.
