PWBC serves as an incubator for entrepreneurs who lack the necessary resources in successfully creating a business. PWBC is providing this amazing opportunity for any individual to come and perfect their public-speaking and leadership skills in English and Spanish. Business owners and entrepreneurs will gain an advantage in the job market through improving their communication skills overall. Toastmasters International is a nonprofit organization that serves to teach speaking and leadership skills provided through a global network of chapters. Groups are formed every day and meet onsite at a variety of places such as corporations, churches, community centers and even restaurants. They are generally open to anyone, with the exception of company clubs being limited to employees of that company.
